Delete customers and orders and start from order 1

Hello,

i want to delete all my customers and order, but i want my next order or customer to be with ID or N 1, and not eg.100 or 200 ( as many cusomers or orderds i had before deleting them). I wanted to be like im starting new shop. How to do that? Thank you!
