No carriers available! Spent hours trying to fix, with no luck. Help PLEASE!

Hi, I today spent hours on this issue, read numerous threads and solutions online, however, none of them can help me.

 

My issue: No carriers available during check-out.

 

Things I have done: 

1. Create a new carrier, enabled it, set the postage rules;

2. Enabled the zone in Zone's settings;

3. Selected the carrier in Product's Shipping tab.

 

However, it doesn't matter what I did, during check out there is always "No carriers available". I really don't understand why. I am nearly mad, actually.

I would be very much appreciated if anyone can help me!

I think I've figured what went wrong in my BO setting. There is another secrete setting for carriers hiding in Warehouse under Stock tab. I enabled all the carriers there, and it works now! 

 

Hopefully my information would be helpful for someone.

I have fixed this problem as well, same process... Have to select  carrier under stock > warehouse if you choose the stock management for quantities.

I tried as suggest my the shop stills displaying the message 'No carriers available'. If you can further help, it would be greatlly appreciated.

Just read your comment. Don't know if you fix it yet, but here are my suggestions:

1. Enable the carrier(s) in the product;

2. Enable the carrier(s) in the Carriers under Shipping tab;

3. Enable the carrier(s) in the warehouse under Stock tab;

4. Check if the carrier(s) is being connected to the country or zone.

 

It should work if you follow above steps. Hope it helps.

Thanks a bunch

Before you sent it I had a remedy by disabling the option 'Enable Stock Management' and ; Enable advance-stock management' under 'Preference --> Products

 

Will apply your suggestion and so I have the stock option fully working

Tony has suggested a solution, but found a workaround by disabling the option 'Enable Stock Management' and 'Enable Advance-Stock Management' under 'Preferences ---> Products.

 

Soon will be applying the surgery that Tony has suggested, so the stock can still be available

Hello, I am having pretty much the same issue, with the no carrier available message as well. I have done a lot that I have found in the forum. like going to the Warehouse tab under the stock tab and selecting carriers, which seemed to work for others. But not for my store. If someone could help me the url I am working on is www.archetypevaportanks.com/store If you could take a look see if you can find a solution. I have gone every which way trying to figure this out. Had it working a couple of weeks ago.

Hi, if you want you can PM me your account login details, so that I can have a  look for you. 

By the way, it seems that you web store does have one carrier available during check out. Please confirm if it's what you are looking for.

 

The text & image on your right column are not displaying properly. You need to adjust the related css file: blockcontact.css, and add space in bottom padding. You can change the code in line #8 to: padding: 0 5px 50px 5px;
