ephiot
I have a prestashop with pagSeguro plugin installed, but, the prestashop was first installed in the http://i9networking.com/condor, and moved to http://condorbike.com.br. When a customer proceeds with the purchase, before he is redirected to the PagSeguro, an error appears: TCPDF ERROR: Unable to get image http:/i9networking.com/condor/condorchat.png My question is, where I change this image path ? Sorry my bad english, I've lost 2 days trying to fix this...
Kyle88
This could be a data base issue. When you moved your site to a different URL, the URL of the images also changed. Maybe when the site was moved this was overlooked.
ephiot
Hmmm, so can you inform what database table I have to look for this information, plz ?
tuk66
Have you changed your invoice template? It looks like condorchat.png is hardcoded somewhere.
ephiot
Tanks for the answers! Today I changed the header.tpl (pdf/header.tpl) and hardcoded the logo path, but the error persist... The invoice.tpl (pdf/invoice.tpl) is unaltered... In B.O. I've changed configuration to force template compilation, disabled the smarty cache, but the error persists. Error: TCPDF ERROR: [image] Unable to get image: http://i9networking.com/condor/condorchat.png Any ideas ?
tuk66
Your image is JPG. Rename the file to condorchat.jpg.
ephiot
Hmmmm, but the problem is that I don't know where I change the path of the image, if I only change the "extension" of the image, the path will be wrong.... I've saved a JPG imagem with .png on the name because I read that the TCPDF has an issue with PNG images with transparency... So, if you know where I change this path, plz tell me... Thanks for the answers!
tuk66
The condorchat.png image is JPG image, not PNG one. Just rename it to condorchat.jpg and change the link to http://i9networking.com/condor/condorchat.jpg.
ephiot
Ok, I've changed the name of the file to condorchat.jpg, but I don't know where I change the link, can you tell me what file I've to change ? Obs: The path was not hardcoded. Thanks for the answers!
tuk66
It is hard to say. Normally, the logos are uploaded through Back Office and named something like logo*.jpg.
