ashjam
Hi all, can anyone throw any light on this issue. Uploaded all files to host, at the Prestashop Installation Assistant I get this problem. Oops! Please correct the item(s) below, and then click "Refresh information" to test the compatibility of your new system."All files are not successfuly uploaded on your server" Deleted all from server and reinstalled Still problem saying - All files are not successfuly uploaded on your server Removed from server again and re-uploaded with fresh Prestashop copy installed from a different PC The problem is pointing to the server/host but has anyone come across this problem before I start investigating with the host. All files successfully uploaded from what I can see without errors! Thanks in advance.
benjamin utterback
Yes, the problem is most likely with your host. I would test a local install to make sure everything checks out. Next, I would contact your hosting provider for more details on the error logs and see how they can help you fix it. Keep us posted, thanks! ashjam
Hi guys, thanks for the response. I have used Filezilla on two occasions and just to make sure that it wasnt that, that was causing the problem I used core and uploaded file by file rather than letting either of the ftp clients do the lot automatically. Prestashop installs fine on local machine, and works fine too. Think its time to throw a ticket at the host, see what they think. Steve

Steve They should think that it's a problem on their end either with server configuration or permissions. Keep us posted, and just for reference, InMotion is a really good host with great PrestaShop support, check them out here for discounts, http://www.prestashop.com/en/ecommerce-hosting/inmotion-hosting
ashjam
Cheers Ben, just down to cache/ now that is causing a problem. It seems that the "All files are not successfuly uploaded on your server" is because the permissions are wrong, trying all combinations at the moment but seems a little like trying to crack a safe.
