Top menu module not changing menu options for home page

Hi,

  When I'm setting up the menu the changes are showwing up only for internal page and not for home page. What is the solution?

what theme you use?

module version? (it's default prestashop top horizontal menu module?)

 

have you tried to clear cache in your shop?

you host use some caching software? (not related to prestashop?)
