I'm using latest PS 5.6.1. the problem is i cannot add new product or category. everytime I try to do that it will go to login page. I had contact my hosting(inmotion) help chat. they had check my web and told me nothing wrong. maybe my browser fault. but I dont know for certain. i had look on past topic and they say about cookies. hope you guys can help me. thanks in advance Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
doekia Posted December 25, 2013 Share Posted December 25, 2013 Did you try first to clear cookies? If this does not help activate browser dev console and inspect if you got any javascript errors ... I concur with what you have read. It is most certainly cookie related. PM for providing BO access to investigate further.
