Kogkalidis
I am looking for a product nothing, for brand well, I move a product (of the default ones) from no manufacturer (because og deletion of the default one) to one of my brands, then I click on the brand and just a white screen. nothing else! any idea? please polish legend (vekia - milos) do your magic!!p.s. Does it play a role the fact that I deleted pagination.tpl (because it crashes.. )?
Kogkalidis
Finally it played a role. I put it back in and voila! Just a question! Why isn't it possible to delete whatever useless stuff we have (just for performance issues) without errors? Sharak
It will always crash if you delete some files just like that In your case presta was programmed to load pagination.tpl but couldn't find it - this caused blank page. Instead use .css to hide elements you don't need or if you have more coding experience CHANGE .tpl files to show only content you want. Never delete any files! Kogkalidis
What if I delete THE CONTENT of the file and keep the file empty, just not to crash my page and keep the data as little as possible?
Sharak
Deleting all content of the file is in most cases basicly the same as deleting the file in presta. So don't do that If you are not a programmer just describe your problem on the forum. I'm sure someone will help
Kogkalidis
I don't face such kind of problem at the moment. I am just asking because of performance issue. For example pagination in brands is crashed, so I don't need it
vekia
if you don't want pagination on manufacturers only, why not to remove {include file="$tpl_dir./pagination.tpl"} from manufactures-list.tpl file ? you will not affect other pages with pagination
