[SOLVED] Fatal error: require() [function.require]

Hello,

 

I have trying to move a site from subdomain (http://lojaonline.planetadosbolos.com/) to the main domain, and im getting errors.

 

I try to reverse the move of files and try to put everythink like before the move but now i got this error:

 

Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/plane353/public_html/LojaOnline/../config/config.inc.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in/home/plane353/public_html/LojaOnline/index.php on line 30

 

Can some one help me please.

for the first try to remove class_index.php from /cache/ directory (make backup first of this file)

no, it isn't normal

how you moved files?

I log with filezilla and move the files to the root domain directory. 

 

i think that i make the mistake of not changing the SEO & URLs and i got the error.

 

Since i got the error i make again the move of the files from root domain directory to the directory that was before to try to make the site up again and the error still there.

 

I think i **** every think because im newbie in prestashop.

I manage to access the back and front office now,  but every time I click a link give me this error:

 

Not Found

The requested URL /LojaOnline/41-caixas-e-sacos was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

 

Is this a know error?

I don't know where is the problem (im newbie in prestashop) , i just update de prestashop and deleted the install folder then using one of your post to recreate the .htaccess and the all was fix.

glad to hear, so i suppose that it was related to "old" .htaccess file, you regenerated it and then - everything started to work
