MissBijouxandCo Posted January 7, 2014 Share Posted January 7, 2014 Hi My site was working fine until i noticed that people were having trouble checking out, so i checked what the problem was and I have noticed that none of the paypal payment buttons are working click on them and nothing happens. It just comes up with javascript:void(0) I've tried deleting Paypal from Modules and reloading it, but it doesn't work I have looked everywhere on what to do but i can not find the answer PLEASE HELP ME. meimeisi Posted March 16, 2014 Share Posted March 16, 2014 i have installed the latest version paypal 3.6.6 on my prestashop 1.5.4.1 but customers from China, Japan and Korea couldn't complete the checkout. customers from other countries could still check out successfully as usual. Yes, they received error message like HTTP 500, and also sometimes like below, PayPal response: CHECKOUTSTATUS -> PaymentActionNotInitiated TIMESTAMP -> 2014-03-16T04:42:56Z L_ERRORCODE0 -> 10001 L_SHORTMESSAGE0 -> Transaction failed due to internal error L_LONGMESSAGE0 -> Internal Error L_SEVERITYCODE0 -> Error PAYMENTREQUESTINFO_0_ERRORCODE -> 0 Did you experience similar issues like these before? However I encountered some issue with functionality.Could you take a look at this topic on prestashop forum please.I described the problem over there. http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/309248-paypal-address-overrides-my-address/ Today I installed new PS v1.6.0.5 and Paypal 3.6.6 and the problem still exist. I have contacted Paypal they are still investigating. Another issue is customers from China, Korea and Japan checkout but receive black page. Is that issue with paypal modue?
