richard2011 Posted December 24, 2013 Share Posted December 24, 2013 A few days ago orders from customers and questions on the contact form started arriving empty. You can see the email address and header but the body text is completely missing.The site is using Prestashop 1.5.5.0The orders in the back office are all there. I also have a copy of the order sent to another computer which also arrives blank so it is not a faulty email client on one PC.Both computers are receiving other emails and email orders from another Prestashop 1.4 website using the same email address fine.I have contacted my host and one of the empty emails I sent to them they can read.I have reinstalled the mail alerts 2.5 module but no change.Does anyone have an idea because this is driving me nuts.Richard Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
