fixgear
Hi all. Ok, so all is working to near perfection on my prestashop site but not all of my sales are online, i also have a small store here in Madrid.Problem is that only sales made via the webshop appear in the "This Month's Sales" activity box on my dashboard din BO. To control the total sales and keep them in the stats, I would like to be able to manually add a sale to the system, hence having the total sale amt. added to the monthy sales and ideally the manually added sale would also affect the stock as well. Seems such a function would be handy for those of us who have both online and in-store sales. Is there a way to do this?It would help to keep track of total sales amts. and avoid our having to goto each product page in the BO and edit stock manually after each sale in the physical store. Thanks, jez... Edited December 24, 2013 by fixgear (see edit history)
stottycabanas
Hi Jez, I think you can just process manual orders via the back office. You could set up a customer called Madrid Store or similar (perhaps in its own customer group called e.g. Physical Stores), enter total sales for each of the relevant products for the day/week/month as required. The stock levels will be updated. You can also select free shipping, and use a payment method such as bank wire where you can update the status to say the payment has been received. I've not tried this, so best to do some experimentation on a test store and check it can do what you want. Cheers, Dave
