How do I use Prestashop's PayPal Payments Advanced from Canada

I've received approval from PayPal that I'm setup for PayPal Payments Advanced. However, when trying to use the integrated module in Prestashop (Payments Advanced + Express), I receive the following message: "Your PayPal Manager Configuration crendentials are not valid, please double-check their values or contact PayPal.". I have contacted Paypal and they have assured me that my credentials are valid and that it doesn't matter whether my account is US-based or Canada-based. 

 

If I uncheck PayPal Express (only Payments Advanced is selected), it gives me the following 2 messages: 

 

1. Congratulations, your configuration was updated successfully
    
2. You enabled PayPal Payments Advanced however this product only works in the USA

 

I do believe the module says it's "PayPal USA, Canada 1.2.7", so how is it that I cannot use this feature from Canada? Is there a workaround to get this to work?

Any update on this? I too was about to register for PayPal advanced when I noticed the "You enabled PayPal Payments Advanced however this product only works in the USA" message.

PayPal advanced works in Canada and the UK as as well. 

 

I basically have it working except that the address info is not being passed to PayPal so all the transactions fail.
