batman42ca Posted December 22, 2013 Share Posted December 22, 2013 I'm using version 1.5.5.0 of Prestashop with the default theme and default products, with version 2.3 of Product Comments. When viewed with a mobile device, the "More Info" tab appears on the product page but the Comments tab does not appear. All is well when viewed with a desktop browser but not when viewed with a mobile phone. Any thoughts on why this is happening or how to fix it? batman42ca Posted December 24, 2013 Author Share Posted December 24, 2013 I simply visited the site using a mobile simulator. It appears to be showing me the mobile version. There is a link at the bottom of the mobile screen that says "Browse the full site" My guess is that the Prestashop core is not aware of the extra tab added by the comments plugin when rendering the mobile version. This is a store meant for testing purposes only so it will never be a store for use by the public. I've sent you a private message with the URL.
