Attributes and groups - Trouble performing order, not order brand attributes

Hello everyone.

 

I'm testing prestashop. I have the following items with Attributes and groups

 

Group-Colour (Attribute-blue, white, green, etc. ..) These recognize and mark when ordering.

 

Group - Size (Attribute-46, 48, 50, 52, 54, 56, etc ...)

The carving recognized seeing the product on the web and leave mark, but the sending order is not carving is marked, and it is not known what the customer wanted.

 

Anyone know how to make out all the attributes and their groups on confirmed purchase orders!

 

use prestashop 1.4.6.2, since trying to update to 1.5 will not let me load modules language and I said they were paid.
