In my google webmasters account, under blocked URL's in the first text box i says:

Im not sure if this is a good thing or a bad thing, any info help.

PrestaShop does a fair job of generating your robots.txt file.  As you grow your shop content it's a good idea to regenerate.  There is oddly enough that I know of a way to cron regenerate robots.txt.
