TECHNICAL ERROR: unable to add the product

Hello

I have 2 problems: the first with my cart. the second with my jcaroucel module.

 

1- I am using prestashop version 1.5.4.1

2- my shop is: .........

 

3- Problem with my cart:

If i choose a feature of a product and want to add it to the cart , I receive this error:

 

TECHNICAL ERROR: unable to add the product.

4- If i choose the default theme i have no errors and the product feature is add to cart with no problem.

 

5- my second problem with my jcaroucel module:

instead of showing 5 products in a row it shows all 8 products in two rows (my settings for this module is 8 products and showing 5 of theme in scroller) and it dosent scroll any more.

 

If i choose the default theme the problem is persist.

 

these two problems (ie. my cart and my jcaroucel) are occurred at once when i had installed an advertising module and it didn't worked. so i delete it. but problems didn't gone.

please help me to solve my problems else i have to install a new presta.....

thank you for your kindly help.

yes i know the product feature is add to cart but why im getting this error? + when i choose a feature of a product my page goes in refreshing mood and dose not stop. if i want to go to another page, clicking dose not work why?

 

and for jcaroucel module, how can i fix the problem?

yes. because i waited for about 2 months to solve this problem and no body did help me.

my last hope was this topic and it dose not get me any help.

so i decided to install a new presta, maybe solve my problem. i restored my database and the errors occur again.

finally i am installing a new one to starting from 0: adding products, tags..... manually just because no body help me to correct issues and myself dose not have programming language acknowledge to discover and solve my problem.
