I have downloaded and installed prestashop 1.5.6 and now every single time i try to get products up, the pictures are not uploaded. I dont even know which is the folder responsible for that... i am new to prestashop ...any chance to give you some access to that you can have a look on? actually i was able to create new products untill a few days ago. Nothing changed since the last product upload. Then a day later i could not load images with pictures.. Now from there i run in to this When i click a product image file to enlarge it, i get this error. The requested content cannot be loaded. Prescol Posted December 20, 2013 Share Posted December 20, 2013 It seems is problem with the owner/group of the file. In your ftp client check if the file img/p/3/5/35.jpg and the file img/p/3/5/35-large.jpg have the same owner/group. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

There are 9 folders from 0 to 9 There is only one ftp user that i used during install and it it the one created by the hosting company.... Also i see permisions are flcdmpe (0777) all files inside are the same owner group 266796 10003 in these folders there is also 13 files and a index.php file Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
