I've the following problems :

 

1. why the availability not showing the amount in the stock?!

2. How can i move the description tab from up here to the bottom?

1) you use non-default theme. It might be related to the:

a) theme (there is no code to display availability in product.tpl file). it's worth to check it

product translations under quantity tab (on product edit page) aren't filled. please verify it

 

2) below the {$HOOK_PRODUCT_FOOTER} variable use this:

{$product->description}
