How To Add A Percentage Handling Fee

Hi All..

 

I need to add a 3% and ($0.30) handling fee to the total transaction of each order.  

 

I could add the 3% to the taxes section but it does not allow dollar amounts and it would misrepresent what the 3% and $0.30 is for..

 

If I could, I would add it to the handling shipping section, but it only allows by dollar amount and not by percentage.

 

Any thoughts?   The only worst case scenario is to add 3% to the taxes section and the $0.30 to the shipping handling section ... but that would be too awkward..

 

any input would be great.
