Paypal error with 10736!

I  have problem with Paypal..at below can see.. also i have wrote email to Paypal. they replied to me suggest i need find prestashop to support

All errors involve Shipping details. I checked the our logs and found several samples where buyer submit wrong data, causing the error Messages.
We cant provide support for the shopping cart used but I would recommend to change the settings and to use PayPal's shipping address on record.
The Merchant may need to seek help with a developer or the Prestashop-Community.

Hi sunrice8888, did you fixed this problem ?  how i can change the paypal moudle, i don't want to pass the shipping address to paypal.

Client have the same Paypal adresse and 10736  problem still persiste, i am in Prestashop 1.6.1.6 with Paypal Module v3.10.10, i havent this this problem in the previous version, after update the problem started
