Please Help about upload Module.

Hi,

i'm newbie in prestashop. please help,

I have problem when i upload any module it show error

"1 error

1. zip is not installed on your server. Ask your host for further information."

What can i do ?

i'm already install winzip , winrar but it still show this error.

ผมลง Module ไม่ได้เลยเนื่องจาก
มันบอกว่า บน Host ไม่ได้ install zip ไว้ ณ ตอนนี้ผมทำใน localhost นะครับกำลัง Test ยัง newbie อยู่ ยังไงรบกวนผู้รู้ด้วยครับ

i'm already set full control all of folders, but it still error.

I'm forgot to tell about place of work,

now, i'm use prestashop in windows7 with appserv (work in localhost).

I'm not good in english. if some words make you confuse, i'm so sorry agian.

It means what it says - the library needed to extract ZIP files does not exist on your web server or the web server does not know where it is located.

PrestaShop looks like it knows how to deal with TAR archives so worst case, create a tar archive (with the same paths) and upload that instead.

I would like to suggest you to test it on real host. There are many of free hosts to test.

Or extract the zip on your Pc and use FTP to upload it.
