JoBuM Posted October 1, 2009 Share Posted October 1, 2009 Hi,i'm newbie in prestashop. please help,I have problem when i upload any module it show error "1 error 1. zip is not installed on your server. Ask your host for further information."What can i do ?i'm already install winzip , winrar but it still show this error.Thank for help,JoBuM.หากมีคนไทยผ่านมาขอความกรุณาด้วยครับ ^^ผมลง Module ไม่ได้เลยเนื่องจากมันบอกว่า บน Host ไม่ได้ install zip ไว้ ณ ตอนนี้ผมทำใน localhost นะครับกำลัง Test ยัง newbie อยู่ ยังไงรบกวนผู้รู้ด้วยครับขอบพระคุณอย่างสูง,JoBuM. codegrunt Posted October 1, 2009 Share Posted October 1, 2009 It means what it says - the library needed to extract ZIP files does not exist on your web server or the web server does not know where it is located. PrestaShop looks like it knows how to deal with TAR archives so worst case, create a tar archive (with the same paths) and upload that instead.Cheers Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
