Help with vouchers

I want to give all customers discount voucher for 5%.

If i create that voucher and i set total quantity to 100000 and i set also quantity per user to 100000.
Now i set that is cumulative vith other vouchers (becouse it must be) and now i have problem.

Problem that it is also cumulative with it self. Wich i dont want. Becouse customer can type in several times this voucher and get several 5% discounts.

How to make voucher to not be cumulative with him self?

Some piece of code that will do cheking what voucher is in cart and if we have that voucher in cart it can't be applyed again?

Same problem here. Does anyone have a fix for this? Or just point us toward the code that needs amending.

I really need to know how this is done as well, I have a voucher that is open for all registered customers that are on our mailing list. So far, no one has tried using the voucher more than once, but one sneaky girl managed to type it in twice, so now she is getting a 20% discount instead of a 10% discount.

Or how else do I set this up? I just want the voucher to be useable once per order, but cumulative with others!

For solutions in PrestaShop, you have to pay a programmer or hope one of TWO people come in the thread and help you out. Don't EVER expect any help from Admins or the Creators, you are always on your own 99% of the time...

My solution has been unticking the cumulative when someone complains.
