[Solved] Error Creating New Account 1.5.6.1

Prestashop 1.5.6.1

 

Hi,

When a user tries to create a new account the following error occurs "An error occurred while creating your account..".

 

If you look down the form fields you then see after password "(five characters min.)". This error is incorrect as well over 5 characters are entered.

 

Due to this error no one can register.

 

I'm not sure if this error was fixed if it would shift to another form field or not.

 

Any ideas?

Solved thanks.

The issue was will a missing hidden input that was required. It have no validation so the error was non-descriptive.
