Not charging shipping

Since updating to PS 1.5.6.1 I've had endless problems with shipping going awry... viewing an order shows it correct in the shipping section and after the products, yet I get multiple payment entries for paypal showing payments, but the customer isn't being charged!  The paypal account only shows a total for the products, nothing for shipping. e.g.

 

order placed at 12/15/2013 20:45:35  for one item at £10.00, postage £2.99.

 

Payment section shows - 

 

12/15/2013 20:45:35 PayPal xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx  £ 10.00 #IN000141
12/15/2013 20:45:38 PayPal £ 2.99 #IN000141
12/15/2013 20:45:38 PayPal £ 2.99 #IN000141

 

Documents section shows 

12/15/2013     Invoice      #IN000141      £ 12.99 (£ 2.99 overpaid)     

 

actual monies received in paypal "My account" page - 

 

15 Dec 2013 Payment From xx xx Completed Details Payment From xx xx xxxxxx  £10.00 GBP

 

I'm also seeing duplicate paypal entries for payments made for orders placed via ebay and imported using the stock ebay module.  (These come through with different payment methods, "ebay paypal" and "ebay" - previously the single entry used the first of these.)   I'm not sure if this is related.

 

Anybody else having these troubles?

Hi, I'm currently testing paypal 3.6.4 integration with prestashop 1.5.6.2.

It is working fine on my development environment but on pre-production, I have a similar problem.

No shipping fees and wrong product !

I don't know why it is not working like it is on my development machine...
