Maury Markowitz Posted December 14, 2013 Share Posted December 14, 2013 (edited) Twice recently I've had (otherwise) valid orders fail with this error: PayPal response:TIMESTAMP -> 2013-12-10T04:48:02ZL_ERRORCODE0 -> 10729L_SHORTMESSAGE0 -> Shipping Address State EmptyL_LONGMESSAGE0 -> The field Shipping Address State is requiredL_SEVERITYCODE0 -> Error Two questions: 1) Is there something I'm supposed to do to ensure they do select a state (or in this case, province)? I would have imagined this was already demanded, so I never went looking. 2) Once the error has happened, is there a way to re-submit the order to PayPal? It's simple enough for me to go in and add the province to the user information, at which point all the information is there and correct. But how to I tell PayPal to try again?
