Cannot edit the Information column in the footer

Cannot eliminate "Our store(s)!" from under "Information" in the footer. 

I unchecked "Display Stores" in the EDIT CMS INFORMATION BLOCK but "Our store(s)!" is still there...

 

How can I stop that from showing?

Have you tried:

 

Back office > Preferences > Contact

Back office > Preferences > Contact   (or on my installation:  Preferences > Store Contacts > Parameters)

 

     Display in footer

     Display in sitemap page

&   Show simplified store locator     are all set to NO but still it shows.

 

How would one knowe what tewmplate file to edit?

That's not it either (I tried)..  The string I want to eliminate is:    "Our store(s)!"  (without the quotes)

Have you tried:

 

Back office > Advance parameters > Force compilation - Clear cache > Save

 

And deleting the cache on you PC

Hi mudshark,

Have a look in /modules/blockstore/blockstore.tpl. The text you're after is there in a few places - you can amend/delete as required.
