Cart shows the same product twice

Hi, this is my first time asking in this forum.

 

I'm having trouble with the cart block because it shows the same product twice. The first product is displayed with image, but the second product is not. The total price is still correct. The problem only occur after I reload the page or go to the another page.

It seems like you are using a custom theme. Did you check with the theme developer? Or maybe you changed it yourself?

Is there a chance you can link the site?

I've another website which use the same custom theme and almost exactly the same code. But the other website is working just fine. I even compared the code, but no difference. So I think, it has nothing to do with the custom theme. Here is the link to other website.
