MGLimhamn
Hi, I found out that both the manufacturer and the supplier block links you wrong when you press the header or any links in the block. When I rewrite the friendly URL from mypage.com/manufacturer to mypage.com/something, the header works and I can see all my manufacturers/suppliers but no link works, and I can see that they still link to: http://mypage.com/manufacturer/nameofmanufacturer/ which give me the following link when I press it: http://mypage.com/manufacturers?ffdbd13d96d903c026c4876e97eb63a4=khIhd%2FF9KV4%2B38Q6m6cK41SI3BIT8lBhBbln1pB%2BHKdwdz40Ax0rAMcvaZwQvv8QxREXjF0ajOakQKnJMw%2FDfiFPfC%2Ba%2FS2PLUC7SNdcZuYCf43J%2Bsl3up%2BRdlVFoCryrKe4iB%2FGoKVYP8bJMwQruv82zce9xipdOAL0H1bXfNtR0WA0QqgRgwY7SLjLgRmG%2BWC7hKrFatkKObqPA8j1Yfd7YkDmuaLlwhGydeJ3xKY%3D000173&44c621219e3f66a7d4725c437c8fb0f8=GNrDuQDVdE65YuaQgI9GqQYxoUva0TAeNqoqcrheWvOsP%2BR386w%2FMgyrrc16d14rfo99Goq17%2BKkvvBDYTb%2BMc4VznHznX%2BwgYwYVXL6tYA3Qx4vMQmpTyhYzqlg0b5O2L1vfBGZ9tZmJvxv%2FeaKvtBMbgzo%2BboumzbibPMOInALmmUrEil4n0KE7avYAdT9BHc%2FhE585g9IF5bjs0Ln30BZgGu2l%2FBcz0N78JfAue97IB3D%2FQe22NlFK8pt30eJQ0Wnyta8IXmrdkiTlFBGYLzEa%2FrS9BAji4Wp3N0sylbyvp%2BNrItlxKh1EsTwK33Bk%2F3Nc3AlKSP9p9IF2mXUJDQC24d7ZwlpcNqNn8XR4lXGtpX%2BH%2Ftdh5fHYiKZtS0RDcP0NjLoFQOpMtHGCOKvJS%2BVav9QO5WOhIpUkaJYZ%2BPe%2B1pO%2BF9LapPAx3LMbgFtiu2%2BvAI9hsKf3JAHYn9j2tcXbsUKvX587tYI1jC%2BoBYucE5L838NaUosionuC6G7iwhGhQ6x%2FAdudqhPJFPx5S5wTkvzfw1pSiyKie4LobtEelL5SVg070r%2BGthHpP5OLnBOS%2FN%2FDWlKLIqJ7guhu5ihiF7qJZRicMUwe2vYmkLKkLtAYyZ7hQC6bA3uZ8lCSUpNEzjrt9CiHQC7ceX0dpQzK%2FaBEchG0U%2F%2FzluSO3NKp%2FVrVM3f6efYskmmOivGjxly%2B6rhtTpVzdoV8V2WFMszEIuSAIIXUUdxB36YmMZjzjOw0O5TDAjygCKDXM%2FOVCkEXWvpvosYAMEkj3j38OiIc8G4UucjVIDJxdFUT9D7YohgkSd0R0gL8WqISDc1ebr%2FiS4uHDOGp6ZQZppVp5crl4Mv7jXSZ8ubMj0ckJmX0nwEsYxa25tCMZ2FF5hcT6OqbpXWXE75tUMcxuAv5lCoKo773oZmSuwvRPaMgA%2FyyHtE%2ByBYG%2B6U1Fizrm3lNUhwVpa3QTFtgH%2FJD0X3SBFv0Z1ME9vAj%2BAl%2Fccknr9p%2FaVFILE%2B3baNWe9EDhww000766 And because I changed the 404 page to redirect me to my homepage, I land there after the long URL above blinks in the address bar, then changes to my index/homepage. How can I solve this? Any help is appreciated! Regards, MGLimhamn

MGLimhamn
Is there a chance you can share a real url? Hi Nemo, http://hornanpalimhamn.se/ Although it's in Swedish, you can still see the problem and navigate the way you do it normally.
NemoPS
So weird, Are you using any special htaccess rule? Do you have any module that has to do with seo or url rewriting? Maybe the pretty urls without numbers?
MGLimhamn
What kind of rules do you mean? The only thing I've entered in htaccess is php_value max_input_vars. And yes, I'm using a module called Clean URLs, which removes the number in the URL. I still have the same problem with my Cart page here http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/279539-cart-page-order-redirect-error/. But this got solved by changing the friendly URL to something else. But if I change it back to /order (which is default), I get an error like this. Like I wrote in my first post, after I changed the friendly URL on both manufacturers and suppliers, I could at least see this: http://hornanpalimhamn.se/varumarken, which I couldn't with the default friendly URL. EDIT: Just like in my other thread, if I turn off friendly URLs, the errors disappears and everything works. But when I turn it on again, I get the same error. NemoPS
Is there a chance you can disable that clean urls module, and see if the manufacturers work? it might just be that
MGLimhamn
I just disabled it, but the URLs still looks the same... Edited December 16, 2013 by MGLimhamn (see edit history)
MGLimhamn
It says on the module description that: "This override allows you to remove URL ID's.", which might be the reason why nothing happens when I disable it?
NemoPS
If you can, it would be great to uninstall it, for testing purposes
MGLimhamn
Now everything only shows a white page! Can't access front- or back office! Need to fix this fast, as my site is live.
NemoPS
Regenerate your htaccess by going to preferences, seo and urls, and saving the page
MGLimhamn
I can't access by back-office either, so I can't do that.
NemoPS
Try deleting the htaccess file from ftp then. If it doesn't work, it's something else
MGLimhamn
I deleted it and nothing changed...
NemoPS
Turn on errors as described in my signature, and see if you get anything. It should not be related to that module, as the back office doesn't work either
MGLimhamn
Then I see this on the white page: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ''supplier_rule'' (T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING), expecting function (T_FUNCTION) in /www/webvol16/jy/8sl30j50ztrquns/hornanpalimhamn.se/public_html/override/classes/Dispatcher.php on line
NemoPS
It seems that override is still there. Try adding an underscore to the name (before the name) so it gets disabled

NemoPS
That file is broken, rename it via ftp (just reach that folder) and it should be back to normal
MGLimhamn
Should I rename the module folder or what file? There are many files in the folder.

MGLimhamn
OK, did it and now I can see my back-office and my front-office, but if you look at the website http://hornanpalimhamn.se/, you can see that it looks really weird, I can't have that. MGLimhamn
No images, positioning looks different, links don't work etc.
MGLimhamn
Does it look and work the same for you? I need to fix this fast, otherwise I have to reset my ftp and db back before I changed this. EDIT: I reverted back by adding the htaccess file again, removing the underscore on the dispatcher file and installing the module again. Until this can be fixed, I need to have it this way. I can't wait for hours/days since it's live, sorry. But thanks for helping out Nemo, it's greatly appreciated! NemoPS
Sure, of course. Maybe you can try contacting the module's developer in the meantime?
MGLimhamn
I found the module here: http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/204935-override-friendly-urls-without-id-number-for-v15/ Then I got v0.3.1. There he explains patterns for example, do you understand it enough to maybe get a hang of the problem I got? Since we now know it has something to do with this module and friendly URLs since it worked when I disabled friendly URLs.
