Prestashop 1.5.5 and Mail Alert module

Hello again.

I have a problem with MailAlert 2.4 on Prestashop 1.5.5

 

When a customer place an order, he receive order confirmation from my ecommerce website and it is fine.

The problem is that i don't riceive any kind of email for the new order.

 

Of course MailAlert settings are ok, the option "Receive a notification when an order is placed" is checked and my email address is in "email addresses" textbox.

 

How to solve?

hello

 

if you try to "send an email test" (it's a part of preferences > email tab in your bo)

 

 

use there your email address that you used in mailalerts module.

I have already tried and it work. I receive test email (and, as written, email for customers works) but no notifies for new order for merchant ...

latest version of this module: 2.8

you've got 2.4

 

so maybe try to update it?

Tried . Now MailAlert is version 2.8 and

• i have configured email address (only one) in MailAlert
• i have configured shopping email (i don't know if it was needed but surely it doesn't hurt...)
• i have added translations from translation manager
• i have tried with phpmail and smtp settings

customers receive email for order confirmation but seller don't receive emails for new orders.

Solved upgrading to Prestashop 1.5.6
