Joe Michael Posted December 12, 2013 Share Posted December 12, 2013 Hello guys, Im working with Prestashop 1.5.6.1 and i have a problem with checkout: When i go trough the ordering process, on the last page i have to Confirm it. When i do confirm, it sends me to a page that sais: Oops, something went wrong. Try to refresh this page or feel free to contact us if the problem persists. I think it's error 500, but im not sure. And its happening on all payment methods. No orders are made only new user registered. I've tried to smarty_debug but it's not working on this page(doesn't show a popup window), on the last step everything seems normal. My cPanel also shows no indication of errors(Error log empty). Tried to change the invoice and mail logo from png to jpg, also tried to disable invoices, reinstall payment modules, turn off friendly url and so on ... Any help is really appreciated. Radu Posted December 12, 2013 Share Posted December 12, 2013 today I've run into a strange issue on a client site: - he got a fatal error, the memory limit was reached inside the imageManager class. After I debugged it turned to be the pdf logo at fault... (maybe you can just remove it all together or leave it as before...).
