Redirect to old /url

This is driving me crazy.

EVERY time when I move a shop to a subfolder or the root, it keeps pointing to the old spot.

 

now i have moved from /store to the root.

 

Changen settings.inc.php accordingly

and changed the url in SEO and URLs in the backend.

 

But still it points to /store.

 

what am i doing wrong?

If i look in configuration I still see the redirection to /store to.

 

I have also delected the htaccess and switched off (and later on) url rewrite.

 

I am lost here.....

did you clean cache, and turned caching etc off?

often times when we change url structure you need to clear your browser cache and cookies...try that and see if you are still having problems.

 

it that does not help please tell us your url.

what you've got instead of "/store" now ? simple "/" ?

Try going to the database and check the ps_shop_url table. See if you can manually erase the physical uri from there

Sorry for the delay in replying. The next day it was working. Strange, it seems a caching problem.
Even though I tested it online.

did you switch your shop's url to new dir?
