Show specific prices from Store Manager on category listing

RE:  Using PrestaShop 1.5.4 with eMagicOne's PS Store Manager with QuickBooks add-on.

 

I have been looking for several weeks for a way to show my specific price breakdown on the category listing page (theme/product_list.tpl) like on this page:  http://ustglass.com/index.php?id_category=24&controller=category. 

 

I have 11 categories in my shop that all need a custom module/function to show specific prices on the category listing page like this: 

Glass Rod      1-11 30% off  X  |  12-29  40% off  X  |  30+  50% off  X

 

(column format:  item name, quantity purchased, and X, where X is the sale price (includes discount)

 

Does anyone know how to do this?
