Radu
from the image I see that your images are not found. Do you get errors when adding an image to a product?
bunnybubs
Hi, no error message, can see the image preview fine in admin products... Have tried gif, JPEG, deleting them, removing cache and cookies then adding images again. Nothing has helped so far
bunnybubs
Can anyone shed some light on this please? As mentioned above, i don't get any indication that the images have not loaded properly, and ipage tech support wont help me as its a 3rd party app. I have attcahed screen captures of image uploaded -hovering over image- showing address bar -hovering over tick-showing address bar hoping this might help someone to work out what's going on! thank you
vekia
picture you attached shows only "mini" photo. please verify preferences > images tab in your back office. you've got there list of images that your shop generate then compare it with images used in your template. are the names the same? (it's necessary!)
NemoPS
You can also try the option to 'move your images' from the tab vekia mentioned

NemoPS
Try regenerating that size again, for products. Also, have you tried the moving images option? What is your prestashop version exactly?

Please contact PrestaShop support forum http://www.prestashop.com/forums in order to find a resolution. If you have any further questions, please update the Support Console.Sincerely,Murali KSenior Technical Specialist" basically washing their hands of this problem..... if a Senior Technical Specialist can't fix the issues what hope do i have, i can see where he added test images and they dont work either - someone must know how to fix this
bunnybubs
solved it! OK... Seems like Frendly URLs was the issue here. To switch off the frendly URLs go to BO--> Preferences--> SEO & URLs Scroll down and set "Friendly URL" = No
vekia
well, it's not a good solution, page without friendly urls isn't "SEO friendly" - you will not have good position in google search results ...
