Temporary change of customer group for orders total higher then some amount

Hi to everyone,

 

I'm solving one problem. I need to change customer group, because of different pricing, for orders higher then some amount (for example 500 USD) and this option will be specified just for two customer groups.

 

It means, if customer is in group 1 (or 2) and has in cart for 500 USD and more, then presta will use for him customer group 3 (or 4) where he will have lower prices.

 

Unfortunately we can't use pecerntage discounts (cart rule) because there must be different discounts for different products.

 

Is it possible?

Or at least, please, give me some advice. At least which class or function I need to modify. Or if I need to create whole module? If I need a module I would consider to pay someone who will create it. I'm too busy now.
