jessecaexo Posted December 10, 2013 Share Posted December 10, 2013 Hi, Don´t know what Im doing wrong but when I try to log in at my web shop I can´t use my recent password and when I type in my e-mail it says that it sent a new one to my e-mail but when I go to my inbox there are no mail, neither in the junk mail. I have tried to mail the Prestashop support everyday for 4 days but they does not answer. I really need help because right now I can't see if anyone ordered or send anything and it can really hurt my business! Help me out please if anyone have any ideas about solving this problem?!
