Léa75
Hey guys, I'm using Prestashop 5 and I really enjoy it. However, I have issues with customer accounts. Whenever you login, it works, but if you want to click on another page, it just logs out automatically, and goes back to this page :"authentification?back=my-account" I think there might be an issue with authentification.tpl but it is weird, as I didn't change anything in the code. Your help would be very much appreciated. If you need any more information on the code, just tell me Léa
NemoPS
Can you maybe link your website, and provide a test account?
Léa75
Actually I just realized it's no longer possible to create an account, for some reason this damn "authentification?back=myaccount" is everywhere: Here's the link: http://picorist.com/authentification?back=my-account#account-creation
NemoPS
I tried creating a new account, but the button simply doesn't work. Can you try switching to the default theme and see if that works?
Léa75
The "create an account" button works with the default theme. But then I still have the same problem, it just logs out automatically. Edited December 10, 2013 by Léa75 (see edit history)

Léa75
I put it back online. With the www address it seems to be working, even with friendly urls. The button "Log out " doesnt work though, and the registration process does not seem to work under Chrome, only under Firefox. Can you confirm? Léa75
Is it viable to run a store with the simplified url disabled? As this seems to be the only solution to my problem.
