aloynium
I have a problem installing Prestashop. I am using filezilla to manually transfer files via ftp to a public_html folder. Filezilla requires 'domain', 'username' and 'password'. The problem is, after entering all 3 details, I get a blank directory. What is the problem? What should I type as the 'domain' and the 'username' to get direct ftp access to the folder in the server? Also, what should I type as the directory name for the ftp account that I create? Under the default I have '/home/mamobook' as the Special ftp. My domain is mamobook.sg by the way. Do have a look, and help me out! Thank you. vekia
hello credentials to your hosting account depends on your hosting provider. if you've got domain, login and password and after log in you see empty directory it mean... that your directory is just empty you can create there files, directories, copy your localhost installation etc. have you tried to upload something there? aloynium
Hi vekia, Thanks for your help. I've finally logged in . Somehow, I think when I logged in I did not expand the folder, so I thought there was only a blank folder. But I finally got it. Aloysius
