Color picker suddenly stopped working

Hi friends/Salut les amis!

I've got an issue with changing the products' prictures according to the color picked up.
Everything's worked but I cannot figure out what has changed that maybe somehow influenced this functionality..

I've get 2 white watches and 2 black watches and 2 colors (logically and when I click on the picker or I select the color from the combobox, nothing happens.

I've searched the log file but the only log file i've found is some access.log file in usr\local\apache2\logs\.

Could please help me with that ASAP?
I'm quite in hurry now because the project has to be finished till EOW.

Probably not much help but - did you set the colour white to display the "white watch picture" and the colour black to display the black watch pic? you do this in the product tabs.
