Moving PrestaShop to a New domain- Blank page

Dear All,

i moved my ecommerce to a new host and new domain, with this guide :

The BO work , but the Front office is a blank page .

Please help me

turn on error reporting, then instead of blank page you will see error code

unfortunately i don't know what you've got there so please share contents of this file
