move adress.tpl to shopping cart

Hi

 

I am working with shop what is going to be easy to use for customers

I am trying to move adress.tpl conent to shopping cart. For example if customer logged to site with facebook login module he automaticly doesnt have address. When he click shopping cart in header browser redirect him to adress.tpl and offer to fill all fields to get adress for shopping cart.

 

I want to skip this step and have all this content in shopping cart. Customers just fill form in shopping cart and continue shopping.

 

My first question is how to make shopping cart button not required for redirect to address.tpl when there is no adress.
