Moving existing configuration to new installation

Sorry if this has been asked before as I can't seem to find it.

 

Basically, the scenario is:

 

I have website xxx.com and I want to port all the  configuration to yyy.com which is similar and i want to retain all the configuration settings in the backend.

 

From what i found out so far, I will have export the sql data as well. 

 

What else do I need in terms of physical files in the directory, besides the login information which I need to replace the config.inc.php for the password to work.
