Images won't load on client's site

I admit I am VERY new to PrestaShop.  I was working on SMM for my client and they asked me to fix a few things.  I am trying to help them get the images to load on this page.

I had initially discovered that it was trying to load https://www.pecadohandbags.com/modules/blocktopmenu/img/bg_li_blocktopmenu.pngm but this image was actually named https://www.pecadohandbags.com/modules/blocktopmenu/img/bg_li_blocktopmenu.png.

 

So i corrected the image name and the CSS.  But still nothing.    

 

Any help out there?
