Paypal module taxing shipping twice

Hi everyone,

 

I am having trouble with the PayPal Canada, USA module 1.2.7.

 

The module is working fine in terms of having the products show in the order summary on the PayPal website, but the shipping amount is being sent to PayPal with tax included, and then tax is added on top of the shipping that has already been taxed.

 

How do I modify the code for the module so that PayPal only takes the total shipping price excluding taxes from Prestashop from my shopping cart?

I have tried the above solution but what ends up happening is that only the products will go to PayPal without tax, while the shipping price still goes to PayPal with tax, and then added tax on top of that.

I tried this solution of changing "true" to "false" on line 48 and it still double taxes charges on shipping for me.  Using Paypal 1.3.9 and Prestashop 1.6.1.3.  Any other ideas?

This solution worked for me too. Paypal module 1.3.9.
