presta-dyr
Export your database from localhost via phpMyAdmin. Import the database on the remote host (via phpMyAdmin). Copy all the (PrestaShop) files from localhost to the remote host. Adjust ==__DB_NAME_, _DB_USER_ and _DB_PASSWD_ in config/settings.inc.php. Depending on the remote host you may also have to adjust __PS_BASE_URI__ and _DB_SERVER_==. That should do it./Kjeld

presta-dyr
If you have successfully installed PrestaShop on localhost there is a settings.inc.php in the config folder. Otherwise just copy the files and go through the install dialogue./Kjeld

presta-dyr
You could use version 2.11.9.5 of phpMyAdmin. However, it should not be necessary to install phpMyAdmin yourself. I had a look at your webhosting provider. Try this link: http://faq.oneandone.co.uk/web_applications/databases/mysql/phpmyadmin/1.html/Kjeld
