ScooterCk Posted December 4, 2013 Share Posted December 4, 2013 (edited) Hi, Can anybody please help me, we have had the Faceshop module from myprest.eu installed for months with no problems, then all of a sudden the slider has stopped working and also the drop down options for the categories has become corrupted, with options not even on our website being displayed. The Header picture has also been cut in half ??? ScooterCk Posted December 5, 2013 Author Share Posted December 5, 2013 Hi Vekia Thank you sincerely for replying I have not changed anything apart from trying to re install from a previous backup, the pictures are still visible from the back office and I haven't changed anything at all . The drop downs on the categories are TOTALLY wrong, with the options from our website not being displayed in the shop on facebook, for example Playstations repairs are shown as desktop repairs and the "Information" drop down half is in French all the dropdowns have issues. ScooterCk Posted December 5, 2013 Author Share Posted December 5, 2013 Vekia I have changed the settings back to 1200 - like you suggested and the slider has now appeared, but the drop downs are all wrong, select any of the drop downs and you will see what I mean The header is also cut in half ??? Has something changed on FB and I see the latest module is a few revisions on from the site or is it down to a possible corruption in the sql db ? ScooterCk Posted December 5, 2013 Author Share Posted December 5, 2013 Just uploaded faceshop v1.8.9.6 the latest version from myprest.eu and this hasn't changed anything . the slider is working in IE now after changing the size in fb admin back to 1200, but not in Firefox ??? Also why have the drop down corrupted the way they have ??? Please sort this out for me Vekia - I can give you login details for the FTP. ScooterCk Posted December 5, 2013 Author Share Posted December 5, 2013 (edited) Its not correct - if you look at the main site it should be "Xbox 360 repairs" instead its "Laptop / Notebook" "Desktop should be Playstation repairs" Most of the Category headings are wrong, not just the ones I used as an example. Also if you press the "Informations" link - these are badly screwed up ?? I cannot undertstand where it is getting information from that isn't there ???
