[solved] product information not saving

The product information is not saving on certain products. No error message is generated, the page just reloads un-saved. This does not happen on all products, just some of the products. The site is hosted with inmotion on a pwer plan so it should be compatible. Email me and I can give you a login with the issue.

 

Using extra free tabs module.

Instale extra tabs un aporte gratuito.  Y eso causa el problema.

I'm getting the exact same issue, saving the description only works 5% of the time.  The rest of the time, it doesn't save.  It doesn't generate an error and it always says it is saved correctly.  I'm dead in the water.

seems like everything is well coded there.

so, what encoding type you use for that file?

it's utf-8 without BOM ?

Uh no no no no.  The coding you must have seen is the updated version.  The issue has been describen over several posts in the thread that I shared above.  Like I said, the man who made the module has gone about fixing the bug.  

 

Thats why I marked this as solved.

I have resolved my own issue.  I bit the bullet and reinstalled from scratch.  That seemed to fix the problem.  I have a great deal of work ahead of me - recreating the categories and products...but at least it works.  Thanks all for responding and trying to help!
