Showing/hiding prices

Hi there,

 

I have recently just realised that when I put my shop in to catalogue mode (which I do when the service I offer is closed) prices for every product are hidden. How do I keep them showing?

 

Also, I offer combinations of certain products (4 pack, 12 pack, 20 pack etc.) but on the category page the default combinations price is shown. I have had customers that only used the website for price reference and just assumed I only sold 4 packs by the category page price. How can I hide the price on the category page for only products that have combinations so that customers must click through to the product page to see the prices of all?

Hi, catalog mode will turn all prices off and not allow customers to order. 

 

Make sure to backup your files and open your product.tpl in your theme folder.

 

find this code 

<!-- prices -->
{if $product->show_price AND !isset($restricted_country_mode) AND !$PS_CATALOG_MODE}

change it to 

<!-- prices -->
{if $product->show_price AND !isset($restricted_country_mode)}

Now its just my second problem. Is there a way to replace the price on the product page with a 'View combinations' text link?
