Translating submenus in admin panel

Hello I have an issue translating my admin panel.

And before I receive all kind of known translation options let me explain myself:

 

In BO I navigate to:

Localization > Translations
 

there I select the Bulgarian language pack and add it. it appears then as an icon in the "Modify translations" section.

 

Now I navigate to My Preferences:

Administration > Employees > Edit
 

And there I select the Bulgarian language  in the "Language" field --> Save and go back to the home page of the BO

 

Now I open the "Catalog" menu ("Каталог" in Bulgarian) and there I can see mixed up translations. Some of the menus are in Bulgarian language and some are in french...

This is applicable also for all the other menus! There are like 80% Bulgarian menus and about 20% which are in french.

 

How/Where do I have to fix this. Searched all over Google, but there are some solutions for older versions, changing database values etc, which  seems not applicable for me or I am just dumb and can't understand them.

Administration > menus

there is definition of back office menu

you can translate each menu item there

Is this a bug, As it looks like those translation are coming with the installation of the lang Pack?

it's probably related to incomplete translation pack
