MapleRidge
I have a fresh install of 1.5.6, not an upgrade, hosted on 1and1. (I prefer to intall my own package!) I added my 1st item and included a photo, and get no photo displayed. I get a place holder... but no pic. I checked the Legacy_Photo in SQL, it's 0 (I have no move photo option) I regenerate thumbnails and get this.... Original image is missing or empty (/homepages/35/d331919863/htdocs/prestashop/img/p/9/9.jpg) HELP!?!?!?!? Everything I see related to upgrades, but I checked it all anyhow! Here is item page.... http://www.mapleridgephoto.com/prestashop/index.php?id_product=1&controller=product Edited December 2, 2013 by MapleRidge (see edit history)
benjamin utterback
Okay, how did you install it? Via FTP or through an autoinstaller like softaculous or simplescripts?

benjamin utterback
That is really strange. This was 1.5.6.1 or 1.5.6?
MapleRidge
1.5.6.1 (I just checked) I downloaded it today. BTW...the folder is there.... just no 9.jpg in it. Edited December 2, 2013 by MapleRidge (see edit history)
MapleRidge
I tried another item, oddly it worked. Seems to have been a photo issue, though it views fine in 2 or 4 apps! Oh well...seems fixed! Thanks!
