Cart cannot be loaded or an order has already been placed using this cart

Hi,

We are working on a store to test with a payment gateway module which sometime will show error message "Cart cannot be loaded or an order has already been placed using this cart" after it return from the payment gateway with successful payment. The URL is ".../modules/molpay/validation.php" when this message appear.

 

When we check on the shopping cart and order all are successfully generated and email of invoice also delivered without problem.

 

When we perform some tests with different environment as follow:

 

Computer A: Chrome & Firefox with latest update, accessing prestashop through Internet

Computer B: Chrome & Firefox with latest update, accessing prestashop from Local Network

 

Result:

Computer A - Chrome 100% getting the error, Firefox 100% has no issue.

Computer B - Chrome & Firefox both have no issue at all.

 

We have also check through the forum, but no solution found can solve our problem. Hope to get some clue to do further checking on the problem.

As it's a custom module, chances are it was badly developed, and it's trying to validate the order 2 times. Is there a way you can check with the module's developer?

Thanks for the quite response. 

 

We have reported to the support and still waiting for the solution. At the mean time I hope to see is there other things that we can check to speed it up.

 

The module is quite small with just few small files which we hope to get some clue from the community to check further.
